Adaptable

Posted by
Pied Crow (Abuja, Nigeria) on 16 January 2010 in Animal & Insect.

We caught sight of this hyena resting in a large concrete pipe passing under a road in the Masai Mara. There were three or four inside the pipe, and they seemed to be enjoying this nice manufactured den. Usually hyenas adapt holes that have been dug by aardvarks or other animals looking for food.
