Excellent animal photograph. I looked at your collection and is beautiful indeed. I noticed that many of your images come across a bit dark. Have you checked or calibrated your monitor?

@Emilio Garcia: Thanks for pointing this out. The images look fine on my computer but of course monitors are all calibrated a little differently, I will try to post them a little brighter and see how they look on other machines.
i think this could be called Shoot and run :-)). Or i would follow this ....from now i don`t believe that song about lions sleeping tonight :-)

I'm assuming you did not have a tripod set up waiting for them to fill the frame from the 70mm . . . a new meaning to awesome !

very nice shot - I really like the tones and sense of action. the high ISO lends a great grainy texture too.
