Family greeting

The young lioness on the right is affectionately greeting her mother, on the left. These were two of three lionesses camping out next to their most recent kill -- a cow. Because of the drought in Kenya, herders have been grazing their livestock in the reserve, and they are losing some of their cattle to the lions.
