Elephant Orphanage I

I took a visitor to the Sheldrick Trust elephant & rhino orphanage http://www.sheldrickwildlifetrust.org this week. It is always lovely to see the young elephants playing and interracting with each other. These two, for example, were clearly best friends. Sadly, the orphanage is bursting at the seams with 28 youngsters, the most ever, due to an explosion in poaching, drought, and human/elephant conflict.
